We train your staff to run their AV systems confidently — from joining a video call to running a hybrid event — with hands-on sessions built around your actual rooms and platforms, quick-reference guides your team can keep, and on-call support during the workday.

Byrdie AI training is part of the program. Sessions take your team from first prompt to everyday workflows using real examples from your own work: writing and research, content creation, meeting notes and follow-ups, workflow automation, and using AI responsibly with your data. Training runs on site, virtually or hybrid, for small teams or whole departments.

We also offer custom training programs for new hires or new systems, and ongoing support once your team is up and running.
