Claudine Cooper is Inglewood's Wonder Woman; Mother, entrepreneur, and fitness/lifestyle coach- there is nothing she can't do. When you meet Claudine, she has a smile that shines as bright as the sun but don’t let that fool you; she is fierce, built by grit and grind from her tough upbringing. Born to young parents from the southside of Minneapolis, Claudine's childhood was immersed in a culture of “drugs, gang violence, and tragedy.” With odds against her and depression seeping in, Claudine visited a therapist where she was advised to participate in physical exercises. Abiding by her doctor's orders, Claudine began to feel instantly better. Her mind was no longer hyper-focusing on the lifestyle she was given but instead inspired to work harder for a better one. At the age of 18, she left home and sought out her purpose, which landed her here at La Create Sp_ce in Inglewood. She has devoted 20 years of her life to fitness in South LA & Inglewood and volunteers as a nutritional instructor for the local public schools.

On April 20th, 2021, Claudine sold out her first fitness class at La Create Sp_ce. Her classes include high-intensity workouts that restore the body to its powerful self. During a session, you should expect to feel a fiery burn run through your body as she guides you through strength-enhancing workouts. Putting 100% from beginning to end, you will never leave feeling dissatisfied. After her first class at La Create Sp_ce, one participant said, “ This is exactly what we have been waiting for. Claudine teaches more than a workout. She always delivers a relatable message too.”

Claudine prefers to keep her classes fun and engaging, and she does so with chants of encouragement and her incredible playlist of R&B hits. The adrenaline rush you get will make you feel like a true warrior. The workouts are intended to help you feel more alive and regain confidence. Working with Claudine at La Create Sp_ce is an essential investment that will nurture our body, mind, and soul.

Classes are held Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday for 50 minutes. To ensure the safety of participants, all classes will be following COVID-19 guidelines, and there will be limited availability of 20 participants per class. GET LIFTED is an opportunity for those seeking to improve overall wellness and make strides in their 2021 health goals.
