La Create Space (“La Create Space,” “we,” “us”) is an experiential agency based in Inglewood, Los Angeles, California. We produce events, video and brand experiences. This policy covers lacreatespace.com, our client portal and our team tools (together, the “Services”).

Information you give us:

• Contact details — your name, email, phone number, company and mailing or billing address.
• Project details — what you tell us in a request form, proposal feedback or messages, such as event dates, venues, budgets and creative goals.
• Account information — the email address you sign in with, and, if you choose “Continue with Google,” your Google account’s name, email address and profile picture.
• Signatures and approvals — when you accept a proposal or sign an agreement in the portal.

Information collected automatically:

• Sign-in cookies that keep you logged in to the portal. We do not use advertising cookies.
• Basic technical information (such as browser type and IP address) recorded by our hosting providers for security and reliability.
• Whether an email we sent was opened or a link in it was clicked, so our team knows a proposal reached you.

Payments are handled by Square. We do not see or store your full card number.

• To respond to your requests, prepare proposals and quotes, and deliver the work you hire us for.
• To run your client portal: sign-in, proposals, agreements, invoices, scheduling and file delivery.
• To send service emails, such as confirmations, proposals, sign-in links and invitations you or your colleagues request.
• To schedule calls and manage our team’s calendars.
• To keep the Services secure, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
• To show our past work (with client approval where required).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Some features connect to Google. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sign in with Google (clients and team): we receive your name, email address and profile picture only, and use them solely to sign you in and match you to your client or team account.

Google Calendar (La Create Space team members only): when a team member connects their calendar, we read busy/free times so clients can’t book a call when they are unavailable, and we create events for calls clients book — including the client as an invitee and a Google Meet link. We do not read the titles, attendees or contents of other events.

Google Drive (La Create Space team members only): we access only the files and folders a team member creates with or selects in our tools (the “drive.file” permission), to save project documents such as proposals and to share delivery folders with clients. We cannot see the rest of their Drive.

• Google data is used only to provide these features. It is not used for advertising, not sold, and not used to train AI or machine-learning models.
• Google data is not transferred to others except as needed to provide these features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
• No person at La Create Space reads Google data except with your permission, for security purposes, or to comply with law.
• Google access tokens are stored encrypted. You can disconnect at any time from the Availability page in our team tools, or by removing La Create Space at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Services, under agreements that limit their use of it:

• Supabase — database, sign-in and file storage.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Resend — sending email.
• Square — invoices and payments.
• Google — sign-in, calendar and Drive features described above.
• Anthropic — AI tools our team uses to draft proposal text and website copy from project details.

We also share information with people you choose — for example, colleagues you add to a proposal — and when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

We keep project and account information while you are a client and for as long as needed for our records, taxes and legal obligations — generally up to seven years after a project ends. Sign-in tokens and email activity are kept for shorter periods. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below), subject to records we must keep.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop sending non-essential emails, by writing to hello@lacreatespace.com.

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We will verify requests before acting on them and respond within the time the law requires.

We use encryption in transit, access controls that limit each client to their own projects, one-time sign-in links and codes, and encrypted storage of third-party access tokens. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your email account secure and tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.

The Services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, let clients know by email or in the portal.
